Louisville Country Club is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Louisville Golf Club, organized in 1895 and later incorporated in 1897, LCC remains at its current site since the completion of the existing building and golf course in 1910. The course was designed by Walter Travis.
The course sits on rolling terrain with tree-lined fairways.
The signature hole is #12, a 365-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot down a fairway built into a valley with a creek bordering the right side of the fairway, then an approach shot to a severely-sloped green that most find difficult to two putt.
